GOALS

Goal 1: The school must offer new courses and innovative programs. Hope someday it will come true. The University should have offer a new courses so that many students can enroll and many choices they have to decide on what course they will enroll. The University shall have offer non degree or vocational courses. It should widen the access of higher education. The programs should improve through quality assurance.

Goal 2: Attract more students with research potential, provide more support for research training and recognition for outstanding research students, encourage and reward staff with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in research.

Goal 3: The University have an outreach program through community and campus-based extension project. Have a organization that concern to the community. Have a program that can give knowledge and can teach and advise to the community like in the rural areas . They must have a program to encourage the community to cooperate and have a program to help the street children.

Goal 4: The center is focused on developing the next generation of energy leader; increasing collaboration between energy disciplines around campus, and accelerating the commercialization of clean energy technologies.

Goal 5: Provide more scholarship grants to deserving students. It believes that given the opportunity, many of these will bring out of their hidden talents. The University authorities are always very keen not only to provide standard academic programmes but also to inculcate confidence among the students. Students engaged in developing the personality of the student in all spheres of life for which it undertakes various student-oriented programmes.

Goal 6: The physical condition surroundings of library the utilization of instructional materials should be arranged to enhance results. Upgrade library resources to University standards because the resources likes books and instructional materials are aids to teaching and learning which increase the effectivesness of the students. The library should conducive surroundings.It must be wide room for that students can move freely. The internet should fast in access. It should be add more computer units so that many students can accommodate day by day. The facilities should new and hi-tech.

Goal 7:The building design and build 'must promote effeective learning and teaching. Incorporate new technology,be environmentally sustainable and support community involvement. Upgrade and modernilization of existing facilities. It can improve the physical of surroundings. they must renovate the ]old buildings. like the gymnasium. Establish and equip laboratories for COD/COE programs so that can do the laboratories activities in the right place.

Goal 8: The ICT in University should develop competence in lusing technology in designing, producing and using ICT development. To promote the use of appropriate an innovative technologies in education and training. To provide physical infrastructure and technical support that makes ICT accessible and useful to students,teachers,administrators, and support staff.

Goal 9: Enhance human resources management to recruit the faculty and staff to develop their outstanding in service. Promote health condition in MUST community. Have a recognition in excellent program. Maintain excellent physical atmosphere in the campus.The school should pursue instituional development of planning to make the campus have a good in building instituional and have a good reputation.

Goal 10: The University should manage in budgeting money, in efficiently and effectively to finance the various programs that happen in our University and can have a budgets for incoming projects. And have a maximize income potentials of income generating projects. The management should manage the school in the right way.

Many countries have an obstacle of information technology. They have high priority item in their economic planning so that the people in their society can accommodate the modern technology.The information technology has a great potential for the economic development of a country. There are many challenges is happened.The problems of the industrial and communications infrastructure, personnel issues, political and social factors are important elements hampering the sound management of information technology resources in many developing nations.

The ICT tools were not always reliable,and the software and hardware available was not sufficient to accommodate ICT supported teaching.Certain software was difficult to learn and use.Poor technical support would make negative impact on educators desire to integrate ICT tools in teaching.Technical support should be available at every stage of the ICT tools integration, support and advises from technical staff are needed for selection and installation of the necessary hardware and software.
Obstacles to integrate ICT in Education are lack of equipment,out-of-date equipment,poorly maintained equipment,and poor network infrastructure are the prominent obstacles to the integration ICT tools in teaching. These reflected that it is essential to have sufficient up-to-date and well as good networking infrastructure to support its use in teaching. We consider equipment to include both hardware and software.
